AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CONSUMER TRANSPARENCY GROUP
This is a legal agreement between you and Consumer Transparency Group (“CTG”). 11. Limitation of Liability

12. Release

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states that a general release does not extend to claims unknown at the time of release.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orlando, Florida.
13.2 Arbitration Agreement
You and CTG agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- No class or representative actions are permitted.
- Each party bears its own costs and attorney’s fees.
- Arbitration shall take place in Orlando, Florida.
This clause survives termination of these Terms.

14.2 Severability and Waiver
